This Sunday, March 29, 2026, Joshua Sati –a theologian, ethicist, and spiritual leader devoted to shaping Christ-centered, ethically grounded leadership in today’s world, with over two decades of pastoral and teaching experience within the Evangelical Church Winning All; will officially launch his highly anticipated book, “Alpha Sheep: Rediscovering True Shepherding in an Age of Celebrity Pastors,” at the Sarau Event Center by 3:00 PM.
In a world that increasingly celebrates power, pride, and self-promotion, Alpha Sheep offers a compelling call back to the true heart of godly leadership, one modeled after the Lamb and guided by the Shepherd. The book emphasizes that authentic leadership is rooted not in dominance or control, but in surrender and obedience to God’s will, where true authority flows from alignment with divine purpose.
Blending profound biblical insight with practical wisdom, Rev. Sati challenges readers to embrace a different model of leadership–one defined by humility, compassion, and spiritual confidence grounded in Christ. He presents a powerful vision of leaders who are not driven by self-interest, but shaped by their commitment to serve, reflecting courage, gentleness, and unwavering purpose.
At the core of the book is a redefinition of strength, where meekness is not weakness, but divine strength under control. Whether in the church, the marketplace, or the wider community, Alpha Sheep inspires individuals to lead God’s way–prioritizing values, purpose, and service above personal elevation.
The book has already drawn attention for its relevance beyond the church, speaking to broader leadership realities in society where personality-driven influence often overshadows systems and institutions.
The launch event is expected to attract a diverse audience, including faith leaders, professionals, policymakers, and members of the public interested in leadership, governance, and societal transformation.
Members of the public are warmly invited to attend.
