Refund & Returns Policy

We aim to provide a reliable and fair experience for all users. Below is our refund policy for products, listings, and services on WeJosRock.

For Digital Listings and Business Services

Once a product or business listing has been paid for and published on our platform, we do not offer refunds. Please review your content carefully before submission.

For Bookings and Events (If Applicable)

If you booked a service or event through our platform and need to cancel, you must notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled time to qualify for a refund. After this period, we cannot offer a refund.

Complaints and Disputes

If something went wrong with your listing or a service you paid for, please contact us within 7 days of the issue. We’ll review it and do our best to provide a resolution or issue service credit where appropriate.
