Herbert Daniel Gomagallah

Herbert Daniel Gomagallah is a Development Strategist with a passion for driving impactful change through storytelling and community engagement. He is the Creative Director and Founder of WeJosRock NG LTD, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering youth and women, promoting political inclusivity, and amplifying minority voices through strategic media initiatives.

Herbert also serves as the Head of New Media at Delmedia Productions, where he leads digital strategies for high-profile projects. His portfolio includes work on Date My Family Nigeria and Real Housewives of Abuja.

A native of Buji from Bassa LGA, Plateau State, Herbert’s professional journey began as a marketer, where his dedication and performance propelled him to the position of Revenue Cycle Manager at Jos Electricity Distribution PLC. In this role, he managed revenue generation and customer relations, leveraging his analytical and communication skills to deliver measurable results.

Herbert holds a Master of Science in Political Economy and Development Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Jos, as well as a Diploma in Business Administration. His education is further enriched by specialized training in marketing, creative writing, entrepreneurship, and computer applications, equipping him with a versatile and adaptable skill set.

In the media industry, Herbert has worked with prominent organizations and brands, including Unimark Limited , and has led impactful advocacy campaigns such as Tearfund’s Renew Our World Campaign. His expertise spans digital media, innovative storytelling, and developing communication strategies for businesses and government agencies.

Herbert’s dedication to community development is reflected in his volunteer work as ICT Unit Coordinator for the Isana Center for Information and Substance Abuse Treatment and his contributions to TEDxRayfield, where he played a key role in organizing dialogues that inspire societal progress.

Through WeJosRock, Herbert continues to harness the power of media-driven storytelling to empower communities, inspire meaningful change, and drive development. His creative vision and strategic leadership position him as a transformative force in making Plateau State and Nigeria at large a hub of innovation, opportunity, and cultural pride.
